- Rate - Up to £12.00 per hour (Dependent on experience)

Award winning brand belonging to the Asian fashion industry. Their extensive range also includes designer wear and casual collections for both Men and Women including a signature collection of fragrances. Given their continual success, they require both part time and full time Retail Sales Assistants experienced in Retail Sales and Customer Service to help with the running of their store.
Role: The successful Retail Sales Assistant experienced in Retail Sales and Customer Service will work as part of a small team and help manage the store i.e restocking, customer interaction etc. The successful Retail Sales Assistant experienced in Retail Sales and Customer Service will be committed to delivering a great customer experience offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers. The successful Retail Sales Assistant experienced in Retail Sales and Customer Service will interact with customers and assist them in their choices, taking the opportunity to cross-sell. The successful Retail Sales Assistant experienced in Retail Sales and Customer Service must also have a keen eye for detail in order to help customers with styling i.e. contributing ideas to help put particular outfits together, what works and what doesn’t, etc.
Skills / Experience
· Proven experience in a similar role i.e Sales Assistance in Retail
· A great eye for detail and good fashion sense when it comes to the Asian fashion industry
· Strong customer service and communication skills i.e are you able to communicate and build rapport with customers when they walk into the shop?
· The ability to adapt to varying customers
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Basic knowledge of Urdu / Punjabi is ideal
