Gap Personnel is operating as an employment business, are currently looking to recruit a Weighbridge Administrator for one of our well-established clients based in Swindon.
Weighbridge Administrator
GENERAL SUMMARY
The role requires you to support the Weighbridge Operator. Working in a relaxed family run business. You will require your own transport due to the rural location.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide full support to the Weighbridge Operator.
· Providing cover in the absence of the Weighbridge operator, inc breaks and annual leave.
· You will be the first port of call to answer all incoming calls.
· Completion of daily admin
· Data entry (Excel)
· Provide support to sales department.
· Completing quarterly waste returns.
· Provide point of contact with external IT supplier.
· Ordering of stationary supplies
· Sort and file company records
Ideal candidate:
· Previous experience within office administration
· Proven customer experience, face to face, telephone
· Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
· Attention to detail
· Weighbridge experience desirable but not essential
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to use own initiative

Hours of work;
Working 5 days per week Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm, will include some bank holidays pro rota
