What we are seeking from you:
- Outbound dialling
- Processing customers applications and converting to appointments/leads
- Identify opportunities to sell additional services LRG offer
- Building rapport with customers
- Meeting KPI’s
- WARM CALLING ONLY
Desired skills:
- Outstanding customer service soft skills.
- Great communication on all platforms.
- Grade C at GCSE level in English language or equivalent.
- Highly motivated and career orientated.
- Fluency in English is Required
Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm Friday 9:00am-5:30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm with half day off in lieu.
