Grimshaw Architects is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our London based team. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for helping maintain the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the firm.
Job Responsibilities:

Maintain general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable transactions, and other financial activities.
- Bookkeeping and Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets
- Finance Documentaiton: Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the accuracy of data
- Administrative assistance to the Finance team
Skills and Competencies

The role attracts a salary £25,000 + as well as great benefits including hybrid working.
