Previous experience in this type of role is an advantage but all applicants regardless of experience must:
* Be quick and independent thinkers
* Be able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
* Be able to work well under pressure
* Be able to prioritise tasks
* Be able to work in a team but also able to work independently as on some shifts you will be the only person on potwashing duty
* Have confidence and good communication and listening skills in order to effectively liaise with the head chef and his kitchen team
* Have a 'can do' attitude
