Gateway2Housing provides supported living (1:1 support & accommodation) for individuals suffering from homelessness throughout the West Midlands.
We provide safe, secure and supportive environments for individuals with a range of needs ensuring a positive experience during an often challenging season of life.
As a Cleaning Operative you will be responsible for the regular cleaning of communal areas within our houses of multiple occupation. You will do so whilst maintaining excellent hygiene standards, conducting scheduled health & safety checks and reporting any maintenance issues on our online system.
As and when residents move on from our service, you will be responsible for the changeover process taking full responsibility of cleaning and preparing of the room ready for a potential new resident, ensuring the basic inventory items are available.
Due to the locations of our propeties, you will be required to travel on a daily basis throughout the West Midlands in order to fulfull this position.
The role includes lone working and candidates must be able to follow strict cleaning & safety processes ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout.

We are looking for an experienced Cleaner, ideally within a track record of cleaning commercial or large accommodation types such as a hotels, bed and breakfasts or hostels.
Qualified Cleaners preferred but not essential.
Full Time offers are based on 37.5 hours per week between Monday and Sunday.
Part Time offers are available based on shift availability at time of application; both offers will be discussed during the shortlisting / interview process.
