The client are an Accountancy practice, that manage the accounts for a number of high-profile clients in the sports, music and media industries. The company is dynamic, fast-growing and looking to hire a Fully remote Accounts Payable Clerk to help manage the workload. The successful candidate can be based anywhere in the UK and will have the chance to work on some of the company's largest accounts. The role is based 100% from home, however the successful candidate can travel into the office if they please.
The successful Fully remote Accounts Payable Clerk will:

Assisting with the end-to-end management of the Accounts Payable ledger across the company
- Daily and weekly bank reconciliations
- Liaising directly with clients and dealing with any queries they may have
- Processing a high volume of purchase ledger invoices for the company
- Credit card reconciliations
- Processing the staff expenses
- Preparing the weekly and bi-monthly flash reports
- Preparation of the VAT returns
- Ad hoc work
The successful Fully remote Accounts Payable Clerk will:

MUST have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable experience
- Prior experience dealing with large volumes of Accounts Payable invoices
- Have prior experience with UK VAT
- Have a good understanding of the music and entertainment industry
- Strong Excl skills
- Prior working knowledge of the finance system Quickbooks (highly desirable)
- A self-starter and independent worker
