A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team, as we launch a refurbished family run, village pub & restaurant.
We are looking for experienced bar staff who are customer service driven to join our busy pub/restaurant in the heart of Farnworth village, Widnes.
The Ring O’Bells is a traditional local village pub, home-from-home for many a regular. It’s popular for food, and attracts a busy Summer scene thanks to a spacious beer garden. You must be confident in making conversations, answering customers questions, meeting their requests and going above and beyond to ensure they have the best possible experience. Duties will include:- • Welcoming customers, introducing menus and dishes • Taking orders and deliver them in a timely manner • Adhere to food and health standards • Identify any special dietary needs • Processing payments • Working closely with other team members to ensure that the service runs smoothly Required attributes:- • Demonstrate warmth and empathy towards guests and colleagues • To always take a positive approach to your role • Work well within a team (be a team player) and a fast-paced environment • Be approachable and well mannered • Be professional and respectful at all times • Have fun
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
