We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our team at Blockchain.com. This is an exciting entry-level role suitable for a recent marketing, business, or similar, graduate or graduate student who possesses a passion for finance, fintech, or crypto.
This role is a FTC Maternity cover for 4 months, with the potential to develop into a full time role.
What you will do:
Engage with Users: You will be responsible for engaging with our users through various channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Your primary objective will be to execute a CRM marketing strategy that effectively nurtures and converts millions of customers at scale.
Support Growth Marketing Channels: Assist in the launch and optimization of new growth marketing channels such as SEO, promotional campaigns, and affiliate marketing. You will work closely with the team to identify opportunities and implement strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Data-Driven Approach: Promote and embody a data-driven approach to marketing and growth hacking within the team. You should be comfortable working with data, marketing analytics, and campaign reporting. From digging into spreadsheets to creating insightful dashboards and presenting findings to leadership, you will play a vital role in optimizing our marketing efforts.
Documentation and Reporting: Contribute to proper documentation and reporting for the growth marketing team. This includes documenting campaign strategies, performance metrics, and insights derived from data analysis. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will ensure that our marketing efforts are well-documented and easily accessible.
Skills we're looking for:
Full Funnel Marketing: Possess a foundational understanding of the full consumer marketing funnel, including owned, earned, and paid campaigns. Familiarity with customer journey mapping and customer segmentation is desirable.
Marketing Analytics: Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, marketing analytics, and campaign reporting. You should be comfortable using tools such as excel and data visualization software to derive insights and present findings to stakeholders.
SEO Strategy (Preferred): Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and techniques is a plus. You should be able to contribute to optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, and implementing SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.
