We are currently recruiting a full-time permanent Housekeeper to work fixed shifts (early and late) at our club in the heart of Soho. Duties will include but are not limited to:
Interacting with Customers daily and providing exceptional customer service.-
Keeping all areas and facilities clean and presentable including the gym, reception area, lounges, studios, changing r rooms, restaurants and more.

Maintaining cleanliness of all fitness equipment.

Keeping fresh towels and consumables stocked.

Responding to special housekeeping needs as requested.

Escalate any issues such as broken equipment, dispensers, burned out lights, etc.

Work together as part of a larger team across all departments.

Ad-hoc duties as requested.
Ideal candidate and personal qualities:
- Experience within a similar role - desirable
- Attention to detail, takes pride in their role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Flexible, hardworking and committed
