Job Description

The key responsibilities will be the usual EA duties including but not limited to-

• Diary management
• Travel arrangement - complex multi-leg international visits
• Booking meetings/ lunches
• Assisting with presentation collation
• Being able to manipulate data on Excel
• Getting involved in project work

The Successful Applicant

This person must have worked at a similar level before and have -

• A sharp commercial mind
• Be proactive
• Be an excellent communicator - both verbal and written
• Be confident and direct in their communication
• Be decisive and able to make decisions under pressure
• Be able to cope with a fast paced and changing environment
