Role: HR Assistant
Pay rate: (£12.31-£13.33 per hour)
Part Time: 20-24 hours per week

We are looking for a HR Assistant to come and join our growing team at our head office in Sheffield. There is a fantastic opportunity for this role to evolve as the business grows and the needs of our people function develops.
As the HR Assistant, you will
Expectations
· Support applicants/staff through the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
· Effectively manage the references for all our new starters and our existing team.
· Scanning, filing, administration of employee contracts, documentation and other records.
· Assist the Directors with ad-hoc duties when needed.
· Be one of the “go” to people for general HR queries and support.
Experience
. Prior HR experience needed
· A strong administrative background
· Good communication skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft office (To include, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint etc)
· A team player
