Packhorse Ltd are a leading manufacturer and designer supplying Flight Cases into the Music, Theatre, Motorsport and scientific, to name just a few.
We are looking to expand our office team and have a vacancy for an office administrator to assist with general office duties based in Fengate, Peterborough.
Role responsibilities
· Answering calls
· General admin to include filing, both manual and computerised
· Assisting with the processing of sales orders and purchasing
· Assisting other staff with the day to day running of the office
We are looking for someone with the following qualities:-
· The ability to work with a small team and on your own initiative
· Good computer skills, including basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
· Good organisational skills
· Professional and confident attitude
Hours of work:
36 hours per week; Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm
Job Type : Full time – Immediate start
Wage: According to experience
Position would ideally suit a young person looking to develop new skills for an office role. Interest in CAD design would be useful but experience is not necessary.
