Millbank Creative is one of the UK’s fastest-growing political and public sector communications companies, spanning a number of clients included elected officials, Government agencies and third sector organisations.
We pride ourselves on delivering a unique, brand-first digital and social media support service, using cinematic video and creative content to drive reach and engagement for our clients. We create two-way conversations that our allow our clients access to unique data and insights about their social media users.
We are recruiting for a digital advertising specialist, working mainly with Facebook and Instagram adverts initially on one or two of our public affairs campaigns. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience at working with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager and other platforms including LinkedIn to generate fantastic results and analyse their results to present to the client. The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable knowledge of targeting and A/B testing to get maximum results for the lowest possible spend.
You will be a great communicator, as a large part of this role will be working directly with the clients. You will have excellent IT literacy, and be confident working with social media platforms and generating unique and creative content ideas.
Knowledge of the political sphere and the workings of the public sector is advantageous, but not essential. We value individuals who are committed to going above and beyond for our clients.
You will be required to work from our Westminster office for 50% of your working week. Flexible role for 1-2 days per week on an initial fixed term contract, to be agreed.

Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £16.00-£21.00 per hour
