Job Description
We are looking for care staff to work across the S6 and S35 areas of Sheffield - mainly STANNINGTON, WISEWOOD, CHAPELTOWN & HIGHGREEN
Bespoke Care is a well-established, QUALITY DRIVEN domiciliary care team. We are NOT a care home.
We have a CQC rating of 'Good' in all areas and are a recognised provider for Sheffield City Council.
It is owned by two experienced health professionals and run by an experienced care manager all of whom focus on caring for service users AND staff.
There is a very positive relationship between office staff and carers who all work as one team.
We are looking for people with a caring and compassionate nature to become part of our close-knit team. We would also like to recruit someone who would be interested in being part of the on – call team, providing cover and support for out of office hours. You will need to be a driver for this role.
We also currently have opportunities for staff to work with clients with Learning Disabilities, so experience in this field is an advantage.
You will provide high quality care to people aged 18 years and over in their own homes.
Due to the nature of the work, reliability, flexibility and honesty are key qualities we are looking for in candidates.
We are looking for staff who can work a range of shifts and be available alternate weekends – we offer flexible working to maintain a good work / life balance

Benefits
Salary: £22,672 Gross for a 40 hr week (£1,889 per month)
£13.63/hr for Bank holidays. Bonus payments for reliability
Mileage allowance paid @ 45p per mile
