Overview

MillTechFX is the FinTech affiliate of Millennium Global Investments (www.milltechfx.com), one of the largest specialist currency managers with over $20bn AUM and winner of Currency Manager of the Year 2020 & 2021 (PIPA- FT Award).

MillTechFX offers an innovative ‘FX-as-a-Service’ execution and hedging solution to help Institutional Investors, Fund Managers and Corporate Treasurers to significantly reduce the cost and operational burden associated with FX risk management.

By externalising our own execution infrastructure and combining cutting-edge technology with specialist operational management, we have created the first independent and comparative multi-bank currency solution.


The opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to join an experienced Business Development team where you will start off with an initial first year sales training program where you will to help to drive lead generation and sales for our Institutional and Corporate Solutions in EMEA & North America. Your focus will be on developing client opportunities through multi-channel sales while undergoing training in FX risk management fundamentals, FX trading workflows and both the corporate and institutional markets.

This is a technical and fast-paced sales environment with a steep learning curve and the opportunity will suit an ambitious and highly-motivated individual who wants to break into the Financial Services industry and join a rapidly growing FinTech.


Your responsibilities in this role will include:

You will rotate between the Corporate and Institutional Sales teams, each time reporting to respective Sales Manager, while working closely with other senior members of the Business Development team to support lead generation and client acquisition in an effort to increase revenue in EMEA & North America.

You will have an entrepreneurial mindset and be ambitious in your approach to cultivating new relationships with a primary focus on increasing prospect engagement through meeting generation.

As part of the initial first year training program you will be expected to take initiative, bring new ideas and invest your time in learning our solutions, refining your knowledge of FX products and trade workflows and completing the necessary regulatory qualifications.


Required skills:
