The team at NET Professional are delighted to be collaborating with a high-growth, successful technology solutions business, operating within the Audio-Visual environment, to assist them on their search for an experienced and charismatic Senior Sales Executive to join the team. This business provides a comprehensive solution to address their clients' audio-visual needs, offering products and services that can be tailored to the individual requirements of each new client, thus gaining them a competitive edge within the market. With more than a decade of success behind them now, the business has grown its customer base sustainably and is continuously looking to the future, where upon more predicted success is immanent.

As such, the position holder within this role will work within an established team to support in the growth of the business in a hands-on approach, engaging and converting customers on a daily basis and utilising expert communication skills to effectively persuade clients of the potential rewards to be reaped from using the business, whilst also keeping the company's best financial interests in mind.

Your Roles and Responsibilities
While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
  • Qualifying new potential leads that come into the business through a variety of channels and converting these to sales
  • Applying knowledge of the company's solutions to effectively present to potential customers the benefits and rewards of engaging with the business
  • Tracking sales progress using CRM and sales software to clearly report on the sales activities undertaken
  • Demonstrating the ability to formulate and build upon strong working relationships with clients and successfully managing client communication
  • Proactively seeking opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Working collaboratively with management to implement well-defined sales plans

What you will need to Apply:
If you are an ambitious sales professional, eager to find your next step within a forward-thinking technology business, then you are encouraged to apply. The business is keen to hear from experienced sales executives, possessing several years of experience within a related role and preferably within the audio-visual industry. Solid knowledge of audio-visual solutions will support this role and prove valuable in underpinning your work. Exceptional communication abilities, through a variety of mediums, and a charismatic outlook is also essential to the success of this role.

What you will get in Return:
The company is happy to offer the successful candidate a starting base salary of up to £50,000 which will accompany the opportunity to achieve unlimited OTEs as well. Additionally, there will be a fantastic remuneration package to supplement this attractive offer, including a great holiday allowance, competitive pension contribution and excellent monetary incentives including vouchers and discounts. As the business holds its employee's welfare in the highest regard, this opportunity also provides the means to work mostly remotely, with the offices being located in central London and requirement to travel to them occasionally.

Alongside the aforementioned package, there will also be fantastic training opportunities presented within this role, utilising the best market-leading resources and material, implemented by a hands-on approach across the business. Throughout the journey within this role, the position holder will work closely with senior management to formulate a clear and attainable plan to work towards achieving KPIs and targets as well as progressing within the business to take on further responsibility and reward.
