Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You must maintain an organised, clean and efficient office environment, as well as ensure proper communication with vendors and office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
· DHL parcels for design team sending/receiving
· Plan, coordinate and manage meetings and appointments
· Helping prepare for meetings (samples/food/photos/notes)
· Meet and greet client buyers/designers
· Shopping for meetings / returning shopping
· Generally ensuring the office and showrooms are tidy at all times
· Provide support to all departments as and when required
· Provide a welcoming and professional impression to all visitors, clients, vendors and employees
· Any other administrative duties as required by the management team
Qualifications:
· At least 2 years of experience as an office administrator
· Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise
· Attention to details and problem solving skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range: 26k to 28k
