Job Description
Area Manager is responsible for developing business performance, people and customer service to grow market share, maximise sales, earnings, and profits.
Further, this position will provide 1:1 support to our Nominated Managers and Clinic Managers, supporting them with business plans, and implementing business initiatives, and finding practical solutions to deliver customer excellence and increased profitability.

Responsibilities include:
- Supporting new and existing clinics in the development of bespoke business plans that are aligned to area and business strategies.
- Working closely with key stakeholders, clinic managers and clinic teams to execute operational plan in stores effectively.
- Improving profitability through better productivity and cost management for the short term and help make provisions for future investment. Ensure best practise is shared and that clinic managers are able to identify savings made through ROM intervention.
- Monitoring competitor activity in the area and ensuring that local marketing plans are in place where appropriate.
- Working with clinic teams to develop a high standard of customer service and ensuring operational efficiencies are in place.
- High performing relationships with all key stakeholders in clinics and with support office.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Multi-site retail management experience essential
- Business qualifications highly regarded
- Health/beauty industry experience highly regarded

- Demonstrated ability to improve customer outcomes and performance standards through on the job training and coaching

Special requirements for the role:
- Significant travel will be required for location work for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work in a retail environment during late night trading, weekends and public holidays
