We are looking for a highly motived, and organised Front of House Receptionist to join our growing family!
As a Front of House Receptionist, you are a vital role within our busy salon. You will be required to support the daily run of the salon, providing excellent customer service and giving all our loyal and friendly clients the 5 star VIP experience.
The successful candidate will have a can do-it confident attitude and be highly IT illiterate. This role will be based in our busy Guildford Salon
The Role:
· Answering the telephone.
· Responding to email inquiries.
· Managing the booking system to book clients in.
· Supporting the salon for daily duties, especially at busy times.
· Creating bills.
· Taking payments.
· Performing outstanding customer service.
· Retail sales.

- You will have a high level of computer literacy.
- You will have excellent organisational skills.
- You will be a people person with the ability to communicate effectively to all individuals across the business and clients.
- You will be passionate to show initiative and take responsibility well.
- You will be on hand support your fellow team members.

We are looking for someone who can work Part-Time hours. The shifts are to be discussed and would require flexibility.
