An outstanding special school in New Addington that caters to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) including Autism, Complex Needs, and Sensory Needs, is looking for a highly organized and efficient School Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, temporary position, Monday to Friday on-site, until the end of the academic year in July.
Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to the school, including managing the school office, handling telephone and email enquiries, and maintaining accurate records and databases.

Assisting with the school's financial administration, including processing invoices and managing petty cash.

Liaising with other schools and educational bodies as required.

Ensuring that all school policies and procedures are up to date and accessible to staff and parents.

Providing general administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team as required.
Requirements:

Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in using databases and record management systems like SIMS.

An enhanced DBS check.

The ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
