Administrator
Office location: Leeds LS11
(Full Time - Permanent Positions) £9.00 - £12.00 (Plus Add Incentives & Quarterly Bonus’s)
Working hours: Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm (No Weekends)
As an Administrator your job is to ensure that you assist the departments with administration requirements and to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner to keep up with our faced paced working environment. You will deal with a variety of customer queries, including complex cases, applying knowledge of policies and procedures to deal with them effectively. The successful applicant will need to have an excellent telephone manner and a personality which gives customers confidence in their ability to help them find the best solution for their needs.
The Role and Opportunity
The candidateswill play a key role in building and improving relationships with our customers and ensure we are providing a tailored customer experience.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Excellent telephone customer service skills
- Serve as the first point of contact to potential customers. Accurately representing the company
- Processing paperwork
- Creating reports
- Data input
- Scanning documents
- Emailing
- Liaising with office managers
- Filing
- Produce reports as and when required.
About You:
- Must be comfortable speaking on the phone with confidence and ease.
- You must be confident in using the Microsoft Suite, holding the ability to design spreadsheets and present information effectively.
- Critical thinking and experience with a fast-paced environment
- Great communication skills
