As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Snow + Rock and Runners Need to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!
How will you make an impact?

Providing excellent service to our customers via telephone, chat, and email

Engaging and building rapport quickly with our customers to enable understanding of each specific customer’s needs and wants

Being passionate about being the face of the company, consistently delivering positive and friendly service throughout the whole customer journey

Driving sales by providing good customer service and product knowledge

Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
-
Maintaining departmental and personal Service Level Agreements and KPIs in line with company expectations
Please note this role is 40 hours per week.
