Job Description

Are you looking for a new position as an administrator? Or are you a graduate, with excellent communication skills and experience with Microsoft and Adobe, looking to take the next step in your career? If so, it would be great to hear from you!

Here at HiB we are looking to add an administrator to the Employee Experience department based in Dordon. The role is Hybrid (after successful training), but 3 days on site will be required, due to having an on-site distribution centre. You will be a very valuable member of the team and be there to assist and support the department with all company internal communication, engagement, collaboration and social activity.

How you will make a difference…

· Develop and deliver timely and tailored internal communications and engagement activity to support the company's strategic objectives.

· Collaborate with colleagues and departments across the business to produce and manage all aspects of virtual and in-person events including, social events, awareness days and teams' challenges.

· Create high quality videos for internal communication and training projects.

· Create content for the company intranet, internal posters and calendars.

· Support internal committee’s including, charity , health and safety and engagement.

· Develop and maintain employee appreciation posts on internal and external social media ‘marketing our people’.

· Execute the projects created by the manager and director of the EE department for engagement purposes.

· Coordinate with managers and new employees with the induction & onboarding plan, including catch ups at 1, 3 and 6 months.

· Assist the EE team with all administrative duties when required.​

Experience / Attributes;

· Be friendly, hardworking and a logical thinker with a creative mindset.​​

· Be able to communicate positively and confidential via different channels​​

· Be a problem solver and effective in building meaningful working relationships.​​

· Be able to prioritise and multitask across different departments.​​

· Attentive to detail.​​

· Be able to work well within a team.​​

· Experience working with Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe.
