Job Description
Reporting to the Forestry Manager, the Forestry Administrator will be part of a small team with direct responsibility to process all forestry admin in a timeous manner.
Responsibilities
· Checking & Processing of Delivery Tickets
· Taking / Making Phone Calls
· Filing
· Producing Reports
· Processing Sales Invoices / Credits
· Dealing With Purchase Invoice Queries
· Preparation Of Self Billing Invoices
· Issuing Purchase Orders
· All other aspects of general administration
Skills Profile
· Excellent overall IT skills
· Highly competent in the use of Excel
· Comfortable dealing with large volumes of numerical data
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong communication skills
· Good time management
· Highly motivated and enthusiastic team player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Troon, KA10 6DN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
