G&J Leisure Ltd who incorprate dynamic hospitality venues within Norwich are seeking a full time enthusiastic Marketing & Events manager to join our family.
Currently opperating Mantra & Truth Nightclub alongside the prestigious Bond No28 with Whisky & Rum.
As a Marketing and Events Manager for G&J Leisure Ltd incorporating Mantra, Truth, Bond and Whisky&Rum, the ideal candidate will need to have strong communication, organizational skills and a good understaning of Social Media, (inc Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin etc). They should also have a creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
Specifically, the candidate should possess:
1. Experience: The candidate should have at least 1 years minimum experience in marketing, events & social media, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry, covering Meta Ads and other social platforms. They should have a proven track record of creating social media content delivering successful marketing campaigns and events.
2. Strategic thinking: The candidate should be able to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company's mission and objectives.
3. Communication skills: The candidate should be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. They should be able to develop compelling marketing messaging that resonates with the target audience.
4. Creativity: The candidate should be a creative thinker, with the ability to develop unique and innovative marketing ideas.
5. Flexibility: The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. They should also be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to support events.
