An exciting opportunity has become available for a full time receptionist and administrator.
Malvern Orthodontic Centre is looking for a full time receptionist and administrator with excellent communication skills to work in our very friendly orthodontic practice in Malvern, Worcester.
We are looking for a outgoing front of house individual with strong administrative skills who is a quick leaner and able to their own initiative to complete tasks whether working individual or with other team members.
The successful candidate will need to :
* be confident, articulate and with a good command of spoken and written English.
*previous experience with administration computer literate with experience in Outlook word and excel.
* have the desire to provide outstanding customer service with good communication skills
* be reliable, punctual and positive
