Are you energetic, good with children and naturally outgoing? Do you like to be on the go and hate the thought of sitting behind a desk? We have an ideal opportunity for you!

We are looking for a fun-loving people person with a great sense of humour and plenty of energy and enthusiasm to join our Soft Play team at Tumbles at Portobello.

In this hands-on role, there is never a dull moment. On a day-to-day basis, you will be:

Ensuring that all children and parents have a great experience in the soft play area by providing exceptional customer service.
Creating a welcoming environment, and maintaining high standards of play, while promoting a happy and safe atmosphere.
Interacting and playing with children aged 0 - 9 years, helping deliver birthday parties and other seasonal events.
Helping to maintain very high standards of cleanliness throughout the soft play area.

As training is provided, experience is not necessary, but a vibrant, friendly personality with a proactive attitude is essential. In addition, our ideal candidate will be able to:

Provide high levels of customer service and have strong communication skills.
Work well with others and interact in a positive and helpful manner.
Always maintain a positive attitude and proactively resolve any issues that might come up.
Stay focused and alert to respond quickly to all situations.
