SALARY: £23K basic, OTE £40K year 1, £60K year 2, £85K+ year 3

The role of a Recruitment Consultant:
· Sourcing new business through research and cold calling
· Selling your services to the client and candidate
· Finding suitable candidates to fill the job roles
· Guiding the candidate through the interview process
· Smashing targets to earn commission and grow in the company
Requirements in a candidate:
· Clear financial goals that will motivate you
· Confidence to pick up the phone straight away
· Sales ability
· Resilience
· Desire for longevity in a business
