Job Description
An innovative business based in Derby City Centre are looking for an Office Junior to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a varied role which will require an organised individual who is happy to work across different parts of the business with a desire for training and development.
Reporting to the Office Manager and assisting with the following –
· General office administration
· Incoming telephone calls
· Data input
· Post
· Scanning
· Preparation of reports
· Expenses/Petty cash
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes –
· Have basic IT skills
· Confident telephone manner
· Be enthusiastic and hard working
· Be confident and able to multitask
· Maths and English GCSE (4 or above)
· Full training provided, no experience necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
