Property Paralegal - Abingdon - Oxfordshire
A Solicitors practice in Abingdon are looking to recruit an experienced assistant to their property team.
The role will entail working as part of a team dealing with a range of residential property transactions.
Duties may include things such as:-
- Opening new files.
- Providing quotes for prospective clients.
- Ordering searches, requesting redemption figures.
- Preparing draft contract packs.
- Filing, photocopying, cheque requests and other admin type tasks.
- Producing letters and documents as required.
- Providing clients with updates.
- Liaising with mortgage companies and Management companies.
- SDLT submissions.
