Security Service Agent
If you have a passion for delivering the best in customer service, we have an exciting Security Agent opportunity at London Heathrow Airport (TW6 1QG).
This vacancy is a security-based role where you will be required to perform airport passenger screening duties and provide the highest levels of customer service.
This is a 37.5-40 hrs per week role with additional hours available subject to business needs.
For this Security Agent role, we are offering:
- £12.13 p/h + overtime available
- A variety of shift patterns between 04:15 hours and 22:30 hours (8 hr – 12 hrs shift per day).
- Fixed shift pattern working 4 days on and 2 days off
- Weekly or Monthly Pay
- Training and development
- Parking is available depending on Client
The Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Security Service Agent:
- Be able to commute to Heathrow
- Performing general security and ID checks on passengers and airport staff boarding and disembarking aircraft
- Perform body searches and baggage searches on customers and staff
- Working on access control points
- Be capable of standing for long periods and on occasion working outdoors
The Experience & Skills Required for this Security Agent Role:
- Face-to-face customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to deal with difficult passengers and situations
- The ability to work shifts, including weekends
- The ability to stand for long periods
Successful Security Service Agents will be subject to the following security checks:
- 5-year checkable history
- Colour Deficiency Test
- CTC Check (Counter Terrorism Check)
- Criminal records check application (reimbursed after 4 weeks of assignment)
