We currently have an opportunity within our Customer Service team based at our facilities in Blackburn.
The Customer Service Advisors are responsible for the customer and therefore the primary function is to ensure a high level of customer service by fulfilling all of the customer’s requirements within the Company’s remit, such as processing orders, providing product and service information, suggesting information about other products and services, resolving product and service issues, other customer requirements involving internal Departmental co-ordination, etc.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently and effectively to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Placement of orders on the system and handling of amendments, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges of products, et al.
- Co-ordination with relevant internal Departments to fulfil the customer’s requirements such as, but not limited to:
o Product and service contracts
o Progression of orders being Manufactured
o Sample requests
o Regulatory or other documentation requests
o Complaints whether product or service related
o Troubleshooting queries, concerns, or issues involving internal Departments
