We are currently recruiting for a Fixed Plant Engineer to join our experienced team at our CPF site in Enderby, Leicestershire. You will be ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our fixed plants. The hours are Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday working.
Role and responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled, servicing and inspections to a high standard.
- Reactive maintenance and problem solving.
- Fault diagnosis.
- Welding and fabricating.
- Attend internal and external training.
Pay rates
- 0-42.5 Hours £18.00 per hour (Tariff 1)
- 42.5 + Hours £27.00 per hour (Tariff 2)
- Sundays £36.00 Per hour (Tariff 3)
Essential skills and qualifications
- Full UK Drivers Licence.
- Relevant qualification in engineering.
- Excellent working knowledge of mechanical machinery.
- Ability to diagnose and rectify faults.
- Positive “can do” attitude.
- The ability to work within standard repair times.
- Good understanding of health and safety and electrics.
- Ability to work alone or in a team with a flexible approach o work.
