What you will be offered:
- A base salary of £26,000, OTE £31,200 per annum
- 30 days Annual Leave (including Bank Holidays)
- Office hours, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (36.5 hours per week, early finish Fridays!)

Key Responsibilities:
- Progressing cases effectively and efficiently in line with client and company service levels
- Handling small claims matters from Letter of Claim to Judgment/Enforcement
- Dealing with inbound / outbound correspondence and calls
- Liaising with Courts, solicitors, third parties and clients
- Collect, examine, review and collate evidence
- Assessing Court documents and diarising deadlines
- Compiling Court bundles
- Drafting basic applications / witness statements / instructions to counsel
- Undertaking Legal research
Experience and Skills Required:
- Good oral and written skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to work in a methodical manner
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of team
- Ability to proactively manage your time and workload whilst meeting Court deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Proficient IT skills
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in Proclaim case management system
- Previous experience dealing with Civil Litigation and managing a case load
