As our Nike Consumer Experience Coach (Department Manager) your mission will be to create an environment that will provide a premium consumer and employee experience. You will research, partner with and inspire the local community by organizing events and creating brand experience connections, and implement/execute programs to drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage events to inspire the local community: research for partners, represent the Nike brand and advocate Nike Running Club/Nike Training Club and services
- Create and elevate consumer experience by digitally communicating the brand and sharing expertise on latest product trends
- Lead and inspire associates within a designated area, giving the team a common purpose, prioritizing what matters and inspiring with the power of the brand
- Identify issues and opportunities based on selling and consumer feedback
- Seek ongoing training and education to further develop expertise
- Demonstrable experience in retail management, including experience in coaching, counseling and developing people
- Great sales and customer service skills
- Enthusiasm and passion about sports and/or sports fashion
- Digital/computer skills including diverse social media platforms, retail business systems and Microsoft Office, and an ability to use social media in a professional capacity
- Excellent project management, communication and social skills with an ability to interact with a diverse community
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
