Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated warehouse operative, with good time management skills the ability to work alone or part of team.
This role will report to the Warehouse Team Leader
Job responsibilities:
Receipting goods, checking quantities / serial numbers against paperwork, taking note of damaged or missing items and locating by hand / forklift- stacker truck.
- Picking and preparing goods for dispatch against paperwork by hand / forklift - stacker
- Loading / unloading vehicles
- Bagging and labelling of stock (parts / tools / chemicals)
- Replen of tooling/parts/chemical containers for movement to sites, including weighing / measuring and photographing.
- Yearly stock take
- General housekeeping / cleaning of warehouse
- Work closely with office team to ensure all paperwork is receipted / located correctly.
- Delivery of emergency parts to sites
Person Specification
- Warehouse experience minimum 2 years
- Good Communication, numeracy & organisational skills with a high level of accuracy
- Possibility of overtime / on call during peak periods
- Clean driving license
- Microsoft office essential / dynamics 365 - SAP - desirable
- Forklift license (essential counterbalance - reach truck / stacker desirable
- Familiar with handling hazardous materials desirable – training will be given
- Pat testing - desirable – training will be given
