Norton Way Group was established in 1989. The company has grown over the years and now represents Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Peugeot, Skoda and Kia with dealerships in West London and Hertfordshire.
Nissan has been part of the Norton Way Group for over 10 years, and been a leading Nissan dealership in that time. Over the years Norton Way Nissan have won awards such as “Ambassadors of the Year” and “EV Dealership”

What you will be doing:
As a Nissan Apprentice Technician, you will be enrolled in a 3-year training program where you will receive top quality training, provided by BOSCH. Training will comprise of onsite workshop and classroom-based learning. This training will lead to an industry leading qualification.
When working onsite you will be working alongside our team of likeminded people. You will receive first class support from a mentor who will share their knowledge and skills, whilst helping you to build a valuable career.
We would expect you to be computer literate, to be able to extract data and engage with electrical and mechanical systems with specialist equipment, parts and hand tools.

Entry Level Criteria
GCSE’s in Math’s, English and an IT subject at, ideally, grade C or above
Awarded “Great place to work” certificate along with “Best Workplace for Wellbeing” in January 2023.
