7am – 3pm, Monday to Friday

Gtechniq are manufacturers of advanced car, bike, marine and aviation care products. We are a small, fast-growing team based in Upper Heyford, Northamptonshire (off Junction 16 of the M1).
We now have a great opportunity for an experienced Logistics Co-ordinator to join us, working from 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be instrumental in the smooth running of the department, with responsibility for all aspects of the processing and delivery of Gtechniq products to our customers, both in the UK and worldwide. This is an office based role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with and providing transport companies/freight forwarding agents the relevant information to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
- Preparation of export documentation and invoicing within the required timeframe
- Assisting with wholesale order administration
- Producing correct and compliant customs and clearance paperwork
- Assisting with organising, planning and shipping eBay and Amazon Seller orders
- Providing customer assistance and advice regarding orders, along with any required shipping quotes
- Scanning of daily shipment invoice and manifest paperwork
- Creating and scanning of the daily manifest reports for DHL
- Working with the Institute of Import and Export on HS codes and specific country requirements/ issues regarding HS Codes
- Shipping, booking in and organising the Gtechniq North America product shipments
- Working closely with the Sales and Purchasing teams to manage supply chain/lead times
What is required:
- A minimum of 3 years previous logistics experience, covering both import and export
- Good working knowledge of customs procedures and import / export documentation
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods advantageous
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken
- Strong organisational and planning skills
