A Private Equity backed, international Consumer brand is recruiting a Management Accountant on a permanent basis, in what is a newly created role. Working in their London HQ, this is a great opportunity for a part or newly qualified Accountant to work for a globally recognised consumer brand.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Management Accountant this role will be working in the retail division and as part of a team of 5. The role is full and varied and blends the preparation of accurate and timely management accounts with business partnering to support their Retail teams to deliver against strategic objectives.
Duties will include:
- Ownership for the month-end and management accounts for multiple entities
- Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders, providing them with add value commercial analysis
- Supporting with budgeting and forecasting for the retail division
- Supporting with the implementation of a new ERP system across the group
- Working closely with the wider finance team on completing month-end on a timely basis
- Supporting with year-end accounting
The successful candidate will be a part or newly qualified ACCA or CIMA Accountant that has experience in either a retail or multi-site brand. Strong month-end and high-volume experience is essential and any experience working with an international brand is desirable. You must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and thrive in working in a fast-paced environment to be considered.
