RoyaleResorts are part a rapid growing company which is one of the largest providers of residential and holiday accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.
We are now recruiting for a Holiday Park Supervisor based at Widemouth Fields in Bude who will ensure the park is managed in line with the standards and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am to 5.00, 5 over 7 days
Main Responsibilities:
· Manage of all aspects of the operation and maintenance of the Park in accordance with company standards.
· Direct maintenance team in ensuring flowerbeds, grassed areas, roads, pavements and other communal areas are immaculately maintained
· Deal with enquiries, calls, queries and issues raised by Residents and resolve within timescales set out by Management
· Safekeep all keys to show home(s), office, storage areas, vehicles, utilities cupboards, safe in line with written procedures available on site
· Actively maintain good relations with suppliers, contractors and tradesmen and to ensure park liability insurances are in place prior to attendance
· Ensure all Residents are acting in accordance with site licenses
· Oversee the administrative function and provide support where necessary
· Carry out regular walk-arounds of the development ensuring that all the above is being adhered to
· Ensure the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered
· Ordering supplies and stock
