Job Description
Support the provision of IT/Audio Visual and clinical skills equipment for all lectures. Assist in the efficient running of the department, setting up teaching rooms for lectures and training sessions etc. Maintain coffee machines fill when necessary. Provide administrative support to all staff within the department when needed.
Support the use of Outlook for room diary entries within the Education Centre and utilisation of rooms accordingly. To assist as needed to set up rooms ready for teaching events. Update information on the education intranet page when needed.
To work within the Education Centre as part of the Postgrad team, helping to deliver all manner of training needs, booking and diary allocation of rooms, ordering stationary and keeping stock levels up to date. Making sure that the Education Centre runs smoothly and deal with day to day issues as they arise.
