We are currently looking for a full time Receptionist to work with our busy Front of House Team.
Reporting to the Front of House Manager your duties will include:
- Welcoming our guests to the hotel, checking them in and out.
- Looking after our guests during their stay with us, delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Taking reservations for the hotel and our 2 rosette Shelburne Restaurant.
- Helping to maintain the public areas of the hotel ensuring they are tidy and inviting.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week. Shifts are 7am to 3.15 pm or 2.45pm to 11pm on a rota basis, including weekend and bank holidays.
If you have experience working in a similar environment, possess excellent communication skills, have a positive “can do” attitude and are passionate about delivering the ultimate guest experience we would love to hear from you.
