Salary: £9600-£12000 per year (hourly rate of £12 plus commission)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic freelance sales representative to join our team. As a freelance sales representative, you will be responsible for contacting all new enquiries, signing them up to trials, following their initial journey and converting them to members as well as maintaining existing client relationships. You will work from home for 40 hours per month, with semi-flexible hours and the opportunity for over time. However, you will need to be located close to the Orpington area or in south east London, as some in-person training and team meetings will be required.
An interest or experience in fitness will be preferred and we would require you to attend training sessions at our location to familiarise yourself with the service and our location as part of your training.
The hours are semi flexible however there are preferred call times that gain better results and these do include day times around 10am, 12pm, 5pm and Saturday mornings. Some calls are scheduled by leads and these can be worked around your availability, however there will be times where leads don't book calls and will need calling at optimum times.
Business reporting and managing the numbers will be a small portion of the role and will also include a monthly sales meeting to analyse these numbers. Regular catch up calls to help manage sales targets will also be part of this role. In person training and occasional meetings will also be a part of this role.
We are looking for a caring and compassionate person who will be comfortable screening men and women over the phone and reassuring them as they start their fitness journey. Some clients will have recently had a baby and be coming back to exercise after having a child and will also need an caring and tactful approach.
Because of the stagnated hours, the role will be ideal for a Masters Student or a freelancer looking to add to their existing work portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on existing leads to generate new business
- Holding consultations with new clients looking to join the business
- Screen post natal mums
- Close sales and achieve sales targets
- Update reporting systems using excel
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Attend team meetings and sales meetings
- Try out our training sessions to familiarize yourself with our product
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Requirements:
- Sales experience is essential
- Proficient on excel
- The ability to learn how to manage CRM systems
- Fitness knowledge is desirable, but not required
- Enthusiastic and tenacious attitude
- Great telephone manner
- Comfortable working in a small, all-female team
- Caring and compassionate towards peoples pain points and goals
- Patient yet confident when working with people who are starting out a new fitness regime
- Comfortable talking to new mums who want to kick start their post natal fitness journey
- Ability to work independently from home and track hours
- Located close to Orpington for in-person training and team meetings
