If we receive a large number of applications, we may conduct an initial sift based on the two behaviours "Communicating and Influencing and Seeing the Bigger Picture" and suitability statement.
Following the initial sift successful candidates will be invited to attend an interview on Teams. All 5 behaviours listed above will tested and probing questions on the essential criteria.
You will be required to give a 10-minute presentation at Interview. Details on this will be sent to those candidates invited to interview prior to interview
When considering your responses to behaviour questions during the interview, the STAR (Situation, Task, Action and Result) technique is a useful method to help structure your answer.
