Office Services Administrator – 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Glasgow City Centre Office
£21-25,000 + 10% pension + healthcare + life insurance + income protection + 25 days holiday
This is a great opportunity to utilise and develop your office experience within a positive and encouraging culture from our Glasgow City Centre office.
This is an interesting and varied role and you will provide an efficient administration and general service to the office based team and your remote working colleagues. You will deal with calls, general email enquiries, manage contractors, office budgets and other general administration and office duties…... a busy role.

The Coats Pensions Office team provide plan members with direct support in relation to their pension benefits, providing an accurate quality service to members, meeting service level standards and assisting with Trustee reporting and requirements.
