Job description
We are looking for a full-time super someone to join our team of amazing Lifestyle Assistants (advantage if you are fluent in German, Italian or Spanish). You will manage daily family, home, and personal tasks for the professional working individuals and families you support, making life easier for them, and freeing up their time. Every day is different. In a typical day, you would book a restaurant, organise a weekend away, find a party entertainer, send gift ideas, source a cleaner, book a locksmith, organise diaries and more!

Who you are:

· Able to manage prioritise and fulfil daily incoming tasks
· Have a fantastic “can do” approach to work
· Super pro-active
· Amazing admin skills
· Exceptional eye for detail
· Top time management
· Excellent writing / grammar
· Easy, professional manner, friendly courteous and service led
· Brilliant at problem solving and thinking outside the box
· Very computer literate - able to use Word/ PPT/ Excel etc and quickly learn new packages
· Advantageous if you are fluent in German, Spanish or Italian

· Able to fit around family responsibilities - do not need to comply with normal office hours every day, we measure productivity not set hours
