The Safeguarding Partnership Board (SPB) is seeking a dynamic person for the post of Executive Assistant. This role provides comprehensive, effective and confidential office management and administrative services to the Independent Chair of the Joint Safeguarding Boards, the Board Manager and to the business team, ensuring that the office operates effectively and efficiently.
The Safeguarding Partnership Board is a multi-disciplinary body charged with advising the Government of Jersey on safeguarding adults and children at risk with particular respect interagency and inter-professional roles. This is an exciting opportunity that will enable the post holder to engage with numerous multi-agency partners across government, voluntary and third sector organisations who are working together to safeguard children and adults at risk.
