Welcome to Oldfield Care.
We are a family owned business with 6 homes across the Midlands providing 'home-from-home' care for elderly people with dementia and nursing needs. Every resident is treated as though they are our own family.

We pay you £300 each time you introduce a friend who joins our team, and an additional £1 per hour if you work overtime.

Carry out cover including a range of personal care duties for residents taking into consideration the individual physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of each resident. Good command of both written and verbal English. Team working. Attention to detail/Quality focused.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-36 per week
Salary: £11.36-£12.36 per hour
