Restaurant Waiters, Waitresses & Bar Staff
Earnings of £10.18 - £10.42 per hour, plus Service Charge and Desirable benefits

Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve is fast on its way to becoming Europe’s first animal focused holiday destination and we’re currently seeking quality applications for our beautiful, historic hotel & Garden Room Restaurant, as well as our Babydolls Italian & Bear Lodge Restaurant.
We’re looking to continue to build a team of dedicated, professional, caring, approachable, hospitable people to work with us in the roles of waiters, waitresses & bar staff across our onsite restaurants & bar.
Who are we looking for:
Waiting staff who have a passion for excellent customer service and thrive in a busy hospitality environment. You will assist in taking orders and serving food and beverages to our customers, whilst working effectively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Experienced bar staff who have the ability to create classic and innovative drinks for our guests. You will have an excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks and will always strive to exceed our customer needs and expectations.
Contract details:
Basic rate of pay is £10.18 for under 21’s and £10.42 for over 21, plus guaranteed share of service charge. Hours are worked on a flexible rota basis, up to 40 hours a week. Working hours may include day shifts, evenings, weekends, school holidays and bank holidays.
A reliable form of transport would be essential due to the remote location of Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve is a world-renowned wild animal park set within 600 acres of Kentish savannah. The Reserve is home to some of the world’s most rare and endangered animals and offers luxury short breaks accommodation, free roaming animal safaris, once-in-a-lifetime animal encounters and exquisite dining experiences.
